This first track is probably Boo's best known song, it's the second version we did of "Meet me in..." from his 2023 album Eleven Eight. I played and arranged the strings on this track.
The second track is an absolutely exclusive live version of a song called "Last Train" which I've rescued from a recording of the weirdest gig we ever did - it was at Northern Quarter in front of no audience, as it was a lockdown project where the gigs were to be filmed and then broadcast at a later date.
This version is totally different to the recording which appeared later on the "You're the same as Me" e.p. Boo encouraged me to channel my inner snake charmer with some extemporised flute playing - on the studio recording we fell back on the far more sensible violin........
